6.4 inch Full HD display with screen resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels, considering the discussion going on whether the screen will be LCD or AMOLED, I will say it will have Super AMOLED as the previous Galaxy M30 had.
Samsung Galaxy M40 will come with a Lithium Polymer battery, battery capacity is still unknown but it should be around 3500mAh to 5000mAh.
It has a USB Type-C connector.
It will support fast charging.

It will come with Android v 9.0 Pie out of box, with One UI.
It has a hole-punch design, called as Infinity Hole by Samsung for front camera. If it follows designing of its predecessor, it will have a Polycarbonate Unibody Casing with Glossy back panel.
It will come in two colour variants, Blue and Black.
