Poco X2 : Living upto the Pocophone?

Looks like the wait for the second iteration of Pocophone is finally over Xiaomi has finally announced Poco X2 it was launched today at 12PM Noon and is be on Flipkart for sale, Initially the Poco series was meant to be flagship only but this time the spec sheet tell a different story, so let us get into it and see what the upcoming Poco X2 has to offer.

Specifications :

The specification we are getting is more of a premium mid-ranger one, the processor here used is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730G with clock speed of 2.2Ghz  , which is a good chip in terms of both power and battery efficiency, the screen size is massive 6.67 inches with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, another interesting piece of information that Xiaomi is  using  120Hz screen refresh rate, as we said before “it will become mainstream”,  the screen will be IPS LCD in the  Poco X2.

This time they have finally increased the battery capacity to 4500mAh, which should be able to power up the phone much longer, second good news is for the camera lovers, it continues the usual Quad camera setup highlight being the 64 megapixel Sony IMX686 sensor as the primary camera and also features a Dual camera setup in the front that will be 20MP + 2MP, Hoping they can make use of these sensors fully in Poco X2, this device comes bundled with a 27W fast charger.

Let us see how this holds up to the Pocophone’s legacy , as it has already received backlash as it features similar features as the Redmi K30 which is already available in the market of China, people were speculating  Poco X2 to be just a clone, let us hope it is not like that, what are your thoughts on the Poco X2 let me know in the comments, we will do a full review very soon, keep reading.
