All about OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. CONFIRMED!

OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 pro is about to launch in India on 14 April 2020, a lot of people are waiting for it and will be available on Amazon.

OnePlus has always been known for the flagship features that they provide at mid range budget and follows the trend perfectly like, introducing dual camera lens setup in OnePlus 5 series, then the notch and fast charging support in OnePlus 6 series and then 90Hz display plus pop up camera in OnePlus 7 series.

Here is what Oneplus 8 and Oneplus 8 Pro has to offer :

Display :

As OnePlus introduced the pop up selfie camera in OnePlus 7 Pro, this time OnePlus will be introducing the infinity O display just like in Samsung Galaxy S20.

OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro will have 6.55 inch Full HD+ display with 90 Hz refresh rate and 6.78 inch Quad HD+ display with 120 Hz refresh rate respectively.

Performance :

Both OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro will come with the latest snapdragon 865 with 5G support and UFS 3.0 storage.

Camera :

  • Oneplus 8 will come with a triple rear camera set up ( 48MP primary camera + 16MP utra wide + 5MP depth campera) and 16MP selfie camera.
  • OnePlus 8 Pro is expected to be launched with a quad rear camera (48MP primary camera + 48MP ultra wide + 8MP 3x optical zoom+ 5MP depth camera) and 16MP selfie camera.

Price range :

This time you may see a increase in prices due to the increase in GST rates that went up from 12 to 18%

  1. Oneplus 8 will be available in 2 variants and will be launched at a starting price of ₹39,999.
  2. OnePlus 8 Pro will be available in 3 variants and will be launched at a starting price of ₹59,999.

Rumours :

OnePlus 8 Pro being the premium version might come with wireless charging and IP rating, which was a long awaited in the OnePlus devices.
